Feedback is a valuable indicator to other users and can “make” a local business’ reputation. Please be fair and factual with your comments. Please use caution and good judgment when leaving feedback to another member of the our community, because you could be held legally responsible for damage to a company’s reputation if a court were to find that the remarks constitute libel or defamation.

MMOL’s feedback-related policies are designed to encourage open and honest business. However, to ensure that feedback is used for the proper purpose and not abused, MMOL has some basic rules that must be followed.

Feedback registration is not required to view on MMOL; however, if you wish to post new feedback or reply to an existing feedback, registration is required. Feedback registration is free and only takes a few minutes and is part of the feedback form. The only required fields are your Name, a user name which may be your real name or a nickname, and a valid e-mail address and postcode.

The information you provide during registration is not outsourced or used for any third party apart from MMOL. For more info please see our privacy statement.

If you believe someone is sending you Spam as a result of the information you provided through your registration, please notify us immediately.

Business Feedback

As a business you will receive an e-mail notifying you of a feedback that has been made  against a business directory entry before being placed on the website as bona fide information.
